I camped in Matin Abad and I have never seen so many stars before or after those two nights. To remember that trip, I designed a star map of the night sky over the desert. I added my favourite Persian poem to the poster. Looking at it inspires me to explore. When can you see the shooting star showers from Iran?
The Quadrantid meteor shower makes an appearance during January. In April, look for the Lyrids. The Perseids are in August and the Geminids are in December.
